The issues are specific to the buy page, and all other aspects of ResaleAI should be working normally. Users may experience difficulty checking in a new buy or managing buys. In the interim, a buy can be created manually within DRS, and text messages can be sent to customers within ResaleAI on the Texting page rather than from the Buy page.
