All systems are back to normal. While there has been plenty of new coverage about today's outage at Amazon, it is our responsibility to ensure your team is able to rely on our services being there when you need them.

Our primary application is now available and DRS Integration is starting the process of catching up. We are intentionally reducing the pace for DRS integration in order to ensure system stability as we recover from today's incident.

Services across the internet that have been affected by this outage are starting to resume normal operation. Based on what we are seeing from some other companies that we do business with, there may have also been a delay in emails sent from us. As a result, you may receive a status-update with now obsolete information. The email was originally sent hours ago. Also, any password reset emails and day close report emails may have been delayed as well.

We are hopeful that this issue will be resolved shortly. Amazon has published a notice that the issue has been resolved on their end. Heroku (or primary service provider) is now working with Amazon to resume normal operation of their service.

Incoming SMS messages and voice calls were at risk of being dropped by the outage. We have redirected all incoming texts and phone calls through our backup system.

We have redirected the Sign In link on our website to lead to another instance of our application that is still functioning as expected. DNS Integration will not work until our hosting providers resolve their issues. Also, the company we use for this status page is now also experiencing issues.
