This incident has been resolved.
This issue is no longer occurring and we are receiving and storing driver's license IDs as expected. Our investigation into the cause is ongoing.
We are currently investigating an issue where the driver's license id number is not being received and/or stored by our backend platform when a customer fills out their Sign To Sell mobile form. Only stores which have the "Require driver's licenses" option enabled under "Account Settings > Labs > Sign To Sell" are affected. This issue manifests itself when a team member clicks the "Verify ID" button during the Sign To Sell process, but no ID is displayed for verification.
Some users reported receiving a 500 error on most/all pages. This was due to a regression introduced into the code that affects outdated RAI POS versions. We quickly identified the issue and have deployed a patch.
This morning, a bug was introduced that impacted a users in the stores who were using outdated versions of ResaleAI POS. The issue has been resolved and all users are again able to use the service without issue. If you were impacted, please update your POS to the latest version.
All systems now appear to be operating normally. We are monitoring performance.

This issue could have had a major impact. Fortunately, our automated systems alerted us to the issue and we were able to resolve it with almost no impact. Then we forgot to update the status page to say that the issue was resolved.
All systems are currently operating as expected with no workarounds required. We will continue to monitor the issue.

ResaleAI systems have been temporarily rolled over to a failover hosting service. All services should be restored, except for the check-in links customers receive via text messages for the STS buy sign-in process. We are still working to fail those over to backup systems.
The scheduled auto-renewal of the certificate for one of ResaleAI's primary domains, "resaleai.com" failed. We are in communication with our certificate provider and are working to resolve the issue.
All systems are operating as expected and there have been no further periods of service degradation.
At 12:45 CST, ResaleAI entered another period of service degradation. We are still actively pursuing the cause of the service disruption.
ResaleAI experienced a brief blip of increased response times. Systems have returned to normal. We are actively monitoring our systems while conducting a post mortem to identify what caused the degradation in service.
