We heard some reports early this morning that stores saw an error message when trying to ResaleAI. This should now be resolved. You may need to restart the app:
Click the small 'ai' icon in the bottom right corner of the computer (near the date and time) and choose "Exit" to fully close out. Then launch the app again. If you continue to have issues after restarting, please go to help.resaleai.com and send a chat, and we can help!

Our team has identified the cause of the issue. There was a change made by our cloud provider that impacted our services. We are working with that provider to restore access as soon as possible.

This issue should be resolved. You will see a popup that an update is available, please click "update" so it will refresh, and then backstock should load normally.

We have heard reports this morning that the category and location dropdowns are not loading on the backstock page. We have identified the issue and have a fix in progress. This should be resolved very soon and we will provide an update as soon as it is resolved.
