It may help to refresh periodically by closing the app and opening it again (Note - if nothing happens when you try to re-open, please try minimizing everything else open on-screen. There may be a popup asking if you want to use the newer beta version, requiring you to choose yes or no, which can get hidden behind other open apps like DRS.)
Another option in the interim is going to app2.resaleai.com in a browser. You can't fully check in a new buy, but you can text customers, complete buys, manage backstock, and access other functionality. We will continue to update here once we have more information, and are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
