We have heard a few reports of an issue affecting some users where they cannot enter a PIN to log on to the beta version of ResaleAI. Our team is actively investigating. In the interim: if your team is familiar with the older original version of ResaleAI, that is an option. To switch between the original version and beta version at any time, right-click along the top bar of the ResaleAI app, and click "Beta test mode" in the menu that will appear. We will post an update here when we know more.
This incident has been resolved, and the app should be working normally for all users. Thank you for your patience as we have worked to troubleshoot. If you continue to see an issue, please close and re-open ResaleAI once more, and contact our team for further assistance.

The issues are specific to the buy page, and all other aspects of ResaleAI should be working normally. Users may experience difficulty checking in a new buy or managing buys. In the interim, a buy can be created manually within DRS, and text messages can be sent to customers within ResaleAI on the Texting page rather than from the Buy page. The Texting page is the menu icon that looks like messages/speech bubbles. Our team is troubleshooting now. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We have heard reports of disruptions from some users, and are seeing elevated error rates. Our team is actively investigating now, and will update once we know more.
