We've seen an issue in the last week where the day close email sometimes does not go through. We have identified the root cause, and are currently working on a fix.
If you don't get the nightly email one day, you can sign in at team.resaleai.com to check the day's metrics. You can also go to Reports -> Day Close Report to access the DRS day close file for any day.
(Not all stores are affected, but the error may affect different email recipients on different days. So it may vary which email addresses hit the issue each night, or you may notice you miss it one day but not another.)
We will update here once the fix is released and the issue is fully resolved.
