The issues are specific to the buy page, and all other aspects of ResaleAI should be working normally. Users may experience difficulty checking in a new buy or managing buys.
In the interim, a buy can be created manually within DRS, and text messages can be sent to customers within ResaleAI on the Texting page rather than from the Buy page. The Texting page is the menu icon that looks like messages/speech bubbles.
