We are currently investigating an issue where the driver's license id number is not being received and/or stored by our backend platform when a customer fills out their Sign To Sell mobile form. Only stores which have the "Require driver's licenses" option enabled under "Account Settings > Labs > Sign To Sell" are affected.
This issue manifests itself when a team member clicks the "Verify ID" button during the Sign To Sell process, but no ID is displayed for verification.
